The raw material is martensitic stainless steel including medium-carbon martensitic stainless steel like 30Cr13and high-carbon martensitic stainless steel like 9Cr18£¬9Cr18MoV. Due to low carbon content, after quenching the hardness of medium-carbon martensitic stainlss steel is not so high which makes the wear-resistance lower, so it mainly used to produce bearings used in 400℃ corrosion resistant environment. Both of carbon and chromium content of high-carbon martensitic stainless steel are very high, after quenching the hardness, wear-resistance and corrosion-resistance is very high which have good stainlessness corrosion-resistance and heat-resistance in water, atmosphere and some acids and salts solutions. The products mainly used in chemical industry, food hygiene, medical equipment and high temperature/ corrosion environments. |
